All true but whenever I read any companies 10-Q it is always filled with similar wordage as there is always the possibility that it may not materialize...i.e.. "could adversely impact", "ongoing concerns", "risk factors" etc...Companies seems to make statements while at the same time protecting themselves. In the same way, Safe Harbor statements are read during conference calls for protection as well.
