O'Shea(of Apple/Fuji) made statements in his remarks, that the judge was duped as well...

The judge was not duped.

The parties negotiated the stipulated partial judgments as agreements between themselves....and then joint motioned the court to rule on them.

The court obliged and ruled on them not having anything to do with the agreed negotiations.

Now the defendants want the judge to undo what he ruled on....and they are claiming fraud as to the the negotiated conditions without actually saying it....however, you can read into it.
