IMO only, a jury will decide based on the current patents in these San Diego cases, not the CO 19.

Even if we lose the CE appeal, bringing the CO decision in as evidence, we must remember what Tony & Company said, "the CO judge did not have the benefit of the USPTO decision revalidating the patents with revised claims."
