There are many issues that favor those who steal intellectual property. One is time and another is money. Yet there are companies that are making the battle because of the aggrevious way they have the issues decided on. The judges that ejudicate don't have an inkling on what is being spoke of as far as patent laws and applications of those laws. The thieves know this and understand that they can play the game that will take years to finally get to a point where a trial can take place. Edig is a prime example of the stupidity and ignorance of the courts. Most decisions made are not based on law but opinion. Here we are with confirmed patents in our hands and we can wave them all we want and some judge will just go along with a decision some other judge made who was totally out her realm of understanding the language needed to understand patent laws.

The fight we are now fighting is one that has been fought over and over again and in most cases the loosers have been those who were in the right and had ownership of the patents.

The thieves believe they can wait out the outcome while they make the money and try to in the end come to a stalemate such as what is now happening with edig. Apple wants and believes we will run out of steam and money and the great law people we have will givce up in the end because of a lack of funds. Every settlement that has been made has gone to pay for lawyers and to the rest of the investing community see's our effort as a lost cause.

Yet its a battle that edig has to make but we need to keep remembering money still talks and apple has plenty of it. Don't put it past any judge that his thinking can and is manipulated by that thought. After all its just an opinion and he walks around with those who have all that money.
