In shareholder meeting we asked Mr Handal if patent #737 is as sttong as #774 , and his answer was " YES " .Now what Mr Handal and his group Blue Sands are doing are cleaning up the case and moving parties toward patent # 737 (and #170).
One of the key issue in this legal battle is Handal and its group during discovery able to identify significant number of infringed products that related to patent#170 in the case of Apple . By then you may figure out what will be the impact of that discovery on potential amount of compensation. The legal battle is begun JMHO . .
