IMO, had the meaning of "flash memory" (as I gather e.Digital reserved) been ruled on in Colorado, she would have been force to rule on the complete claim term....and not a partial.

e.Digital exercised extreme caution in Colorado on the flash memory issue...because it must be that easy to lose the edge...?
