I understand the first judge, she did not rule on the complete claim term... she only ruled on the first portion of the claim term...

This judge, I do not understand, he considerers she ruled on the complete term and she simply did not.

IMO, had the meaning of "flash memory" (as I gather e.Digital reserved) been ruled on in Colorado, she would have been force to rule on the complete claim term....and not a partial.
