RIM motioned in support of....
Apple and RIM are the only ones that have the connection in looking at the agenda....though Apple is not spelled out in the exact language as RIM.
I was looking for the plural noted and they are the only issues that connect.
Apple must have initiated the subpoena....
Both cases will be updated subsequent todays 8-2-2013 agenda...of which the 8-2-13 hearing is not noted in the agenda you have brought to our attention.
