I would not worry about the judge in that regard....

I have lived in SD 30 years. A judge got the boot in 1991 I think it was for accepting trips, free this and that from an insurance company. The system here made an example out of him. I do not recall of another incident since, but if it did happen sman will find it...lol.

Apple is a bully, flaunting their power and money. They are in for a surprise IMO as Handal and company are going to kick their azzes.

On that subject, it's HANDAL not Handel...had to throw that in. It's like spelling Falk as Fulk...oops!
