Not if the policy of the current jurisdiction is to not to allow the estoppel for considerations sman posted ...the judge will not grant the motion for estoppel and there will be no next month hearing allowing their arguments.
He may not want to hear their arguments base on the policy of the jurisdiction.
We have to wait to see what the policy is, that should not take long. If he says yes, then we wait to see what is argued in July...if he says no...end of story.
