What they want to do, as I see things, is utilize/adopt the prior language ruling without go through the motions of a new ruling....and carry that to trial...

The defendants do not want to formulate their own constructions regarding the re-cert language of the patent.

The judge will have to study all the issues regarding the prior cases...as he was not privy to them.

A lot of work to come to any appreciable understanding.
