If there is serious interest, then they should seize it. The Nunchi patents have a definite shelf life as others innovate and new technologies arise.

I agree that it's challenging to determine the right price and right timing. Hopefully that is the expertise that IPmetrics brings to the table. And like the realtor, IPmetrics would also want their payday (percentage) in the not too distant future.
