I mentioned this weeks ago that Sandisk is the first company that has name regonition and capital to answer the lawsuit. If the patents are proven ,who wouldn't want to own them and dominate the market? Apple will tie us up for along time in court, just look at whats happened with the judges. The cavet is Nunchi, if it is for real, and time to market is important, I see several companies bidding for us...JMHO
