No, they acknowledged the summons 4-29-13, upon that they did what all defendants have done.....motioned for an extension of time to answer the complaint....where upon the judge, once she gets settled in, will grant the request.
The grant will be filed today or tomorrow...in any event shortly.
Just a normal flow....
