A question was asked of RP at the 2009 SHM, "why don't we hire a PR firm?"

The reply went something like this, not an exact quote...

We have used a PR firm, or maybe it was firms (?) in the past and we did not get the return on the investment we expected.

I don't know what year or years?

They are still managing their cash pretty tight, no frills, but assuming some decent settlement money comes in, that may change.

I'll be happy to push the idea.
