yes you do...

Thing is, if e.Digital files for yet other applications after 3-16.....all the verbiage of the first patent is carried forward into new applications.

This could be a a good question for FRED to try and enlighten us about.

How will the NUNCHI platform straddle the new regulations for applications? What type of determination will the USPTO have to make?
