If there is a trial, we win a judgement of X$, then it's a matter of public record via Pacer. At that point Fred has the choice in a PR to mention the dollar figure or not.

My personal feeling is, he won't "brag" in a PR, he'll let Pacer and message boards do that for him with the above senario.

The companies public strategy at this stage of it's existence, is not to pump and hype.

We all need to be prepared to accept lots of NDA's as this unfolds.
