It always seems tome nyway that NDA.s were never in our favor. Its one thing for that to be part of the beginning of a relationship. Todaty we are in court. They violated our rights . they stole our property, They don't deserve an NDA. The penalty of what they did needs to be known just as in any crime committed the sentence is never an NDA. People need to know what the penalty for thier crime was and so do we who re investors in the company that was violated.

I know that we are all interested in subsequent contracts, thats different. But what this settlement should amounted to is a the clear warning "Don't tread On Me" we will kick your butt and take back what belongs to us big time.

I dispise what they have done to this company. And they are still doing it. I'll say it again this is not for Freds benifit only, he owes it to the rest of us that have put oiur money up and have been left holding the bag while these companies made millions if not billions . And here we are we have to except a black out of news. Now thats what is unfare.
