I/O will be very important to NUNCHI.
Portability across OS platforms will be very important to NUNCHI.
We are now seeing what everyone else now wants.
IMO, we are going to move into the virtual life....while computing moves out of virtual processes to more physical process.
Data will be files that are not saved in traditional ways. Traditionally, a file is built in a RAM process and then in its entirety saved to a memory as a file.
When a file is saved under e.Digitals process...the individual segments of a file are saved piece by piece....as it is shot into memory....any memory, or whatever the transmission is pointed at.....network....etc
This is why their methods are fault tolerant....because, the most data you lose in the event of power failure, is that which is staged and ready to be shot.....all the previous shots are saved ....as long as the memory is fast enough to save the segments.
This is what MOS handles..
