• DM proved use of our tech without our permission
• they came to the table and paid up
• 1 or 2 (?) others did so without litigation
• 19 licenses to date
• 774 & 737 reaffirmed
• Handal has 13 OEM's & 22 Ret/Dist on the hook

Be they all settle without a fight, or a few go the distance, we will get paid.

This is on a fast track with our new firm and I feel very good about it as does our fine group.

NUNCHI being in the mix now is a big plus, if we score there too.
