Giant-- I just happen to disagree. When a company uses what does not belong to them and make billions , I will continue to call the thieves. Infringement is all about theft. Thats why if those accused of infringment go to court and loose the cost to the is three times the amount.

In our case it was not just one that did it to us but a whole rheme of them. The reason they did is because they thought they could get away with it because we did not have the funds to go after them. DM helped us. And now the new kid is going to get back what was ours to begin with. First our prestigue and honor. That we are not easy push overs and then what belongs to us which is the money owed to us for the many years that these companies screwed us out of.

There was a time when we had a lot of people working for us , we had resuch and developement that was shut down because of that theft. I not nieve as to what they did.
