As I see things, and I mentioned it recently, Sandisk wants to move more memory...period.

In doing so, there plan is to now manufacture products to plug their memory into....and produce those products as cheaply as they can, so they can basically give them away.

e.Digitals details lend to putting product together cheaply....

This assures the SD form factors to be a staple on the shelves of Walmart ....etc.

eDigital can produce products, but can it compete with Sandisk on those products....the competition would just about allow any return. Sandisk can do it, because they own the memory market , it is their bread a butter.

We are now a thorn sitting right in the middle of memory manufacturers and finished products.....

For others that do not manufacture memory, we are just a thorn, and there are tons of these guys.
