I`m assuming you sent this to AMTRAK, no? What AMTRAK currently has at their site as offerred entertainment does not include the digE, but other (lame) things. I suspect THOSE are the things proving to be ``problematical``. Hence, RailWayMedia brought in. It`s them that has the digE, not AMTRAK. And note that the RWM site says they are offering the digE on auto train NOW; the RWM site has a link to AMTRAK site, but NOT vice versa.
So the way I interpret this is that what AMTRAK itself currently has ain`t working, AMTRAK itself isn`t going to change anything EXCEPT bring in/allow RWM to handle it for them. The rep you got this response from (in India?!) probably doesn`t even know about RWM. Maybe didn`t even look at your link to RWM.
But I KNOW nuttin`!
