Even though FF has tried to dampen the view that there's no Tier I and Tier II, just rounds; I personally don't think DM would be in this for nuisance settlements of average 2.3. Not when they note the billions in anual sales and imo have probably blown most of our coffer money already given smans note that they, DM, expected a fight with reexams and probably more markmans to come.

IMVHO There has to be an embedded aspect. And there are most likely future plans which DM has to grow the company as stated on their site also, via new patents which probably to some extent coatail of NFFS
