That's true Bo, but the claimed product line/items where they infringed apparently was not.

The TX 7 was even called "low hanging fruit" and they later said round 1 was to "fund the effort."

It was us, who "exagerated" Samsung into being a monster settlement, not the company.

Then CO 19 settlements were hampered by the Markman and other issues...we just can't catch a break...lol.

Getting two NIRC's (we assume 737 will make it) and round 3 might prove to be much better...we'll see.
