I`m just wondering about the wording... it says ``We have engaged.. It doesn`t day ``and WE are in the final stages of selecting OUR manufacturing partner``. So does this imply that the D and D team is in on the selection or is it just Wencor doing the selection of the manufacturing partner?

I also am wondering about all the secrecy. Perhaps it has something to do with `` the millions of dollars being invested``.
