I sent the following email to Fred yesterday.

Considering in excess of 18 months has passed since the company filed the first patents for Nunchi, are you planning an announcement soon to give the stockholders more specifics regarding those early filings? It is my understanding that 18 months is the cut off for keeping the information out of the public domain-please correct me if I am wrong.

He responded today.

Our patent applications will be held in confidence until they're published by the USPTO, typically 18 months after their filing date. We do plan to provide information regarding the specific applications as our patent attorney is comfortable that we won't jeopardize any future rights in doing so.

I thanked him for the response and his candidness to the extent that he can be.
