I am curious where the NFC connection to Nunchi came from? I dont think it is likely that Nunchi is utilizing NFC. The demonstration shown at the SHM was performed on a Motorola Droid type handset using the Android OS on the 3G Verizon network. This model does not have NFC capability, plus the SDK for Android does not have NFC methods defined for any of the data objects for the version of Android that the Droid models have available.

Its not until ICS that the Android SDK supported NFC methods. So far that would be the Google Nexus handsets from Samsung if I recall accurately.

Can anyone remember if NFC was mentioned by the company?
