I guess it depends if Samsung "pair down to a micro-controller" like e.Digital does .....on large real estate for application issues only, having a fast implementation of them.

Thing is, for what e.Digital argued with Samsung America...."control circuitry" was an important issue....Where the details, as far a Samsung considered, were avoided like a plague......To the point, of their issuing a last minute 900 page discovery contribution in trying to confuse the issues. While in the same moment of over burdening e.Digital with this contribution, asking the court for deliberate action, having considerations, paraphrase "the material was aviable to e.Digital in the public domain....with that, lets end this, e.Digitals time has run out for discovery issues."

Action withdrawn, Samsung later settled on the issues.....where, 445 and 108 were removed from that case.

Micro-controller 21 and control circuitry 21 are one in the same.
