Have you been to the Poway office? It was much larger and more expensive than the current office in Rancho Bernardo (San Diego). The RB office is larger than they need now too.

The next office is smaller and less costly yet again, and more functional for where they are headed, re: Inno Grp IP focus.

Now that eVU activity has been winding down over the last 2-3 years, they don't need as much dedicated space for repairs and content upgrades. This side of EDIG is obviously fading away.
