That's the point I tried to make before. Even if companies like Apple are found to be infringing, they ain't gonna roll over and do any mea culpas. They have plenty of money to wear down any small company. I know...I know...people here on this board think that DM can do the job. Yes they can but even they have limits to what they're willing to invest.

If EDIG is lucky enough to land on some big company infringers, there's a good possibility they'll settle for something but I don't think it's going to be the big bucks we're all hoping for.

I'd love to be wrong. I'd also love to be alive to see it.
