OK, check my memory....
On the 3/14 CC they said 4 patents filed and the encryption they did an office action response in Oct-2010. Then at the SHM they said 7 + they repeated encryp stuff.
IMO this means the 18 month window will gradualy be public info on the USPTO sight. It will dribble out 1 at a time.
