A friend of mine who is a retired Marine sat and cried watching all that has been happening. His wife told me that he is so angry is his beside himself. He told her that he can`t understand why many of the empty army barracks are not being used or were not planed to be used in the event of an emergency/disaster like this. There are kitchens, mess halls and other facilities at these locations. I just fear that this country is so unprepared for a real terrorist attack across several cities. I also fear other huricanes during this season and of course disasters that plague different regions such as California. By the way they could pass out digEplayers at the barracks!
