The key words to me is 'A method'.
How many other methods may exist? If other methods are used to accomplish the task then my uneducated guess is that there is no violation of our patent. Am I incorrect?
Does edig have a patent that has wide use by others, or have the others found a different way to do the same thing? Judging from the number of licenses, the money paid for the license, and the drastic drop in the stock price, it seems like edig did not build the better mousetrap.
