Thanks Frank.....your insight is as valuable as usual. If 737 is dead, our counsel has made that request to the court, that it is settling rather than pursue it.
The target agenda (analog) is in play for settlements....and that is where they are ending this case.
I could, some what, feel it prior to the SHM. I understand exactly where they are.
It's right there and they cant grab it.. The context of the word "Sole" used to describe the "flash memory" is killing us.....lol
