I wrote my note to Richard before I saw the news on Canon. I wonder if it was finalized before the infamous MH ruling. Could Cannon have pulled out? If the answer to that is "yes", that would tell us something useful.

Incidentally, I'll continue to call it a "ruling" because it has the net effect of one....for now.
