Thanks for your attempt to squeeze more info from EDIG but I think you knew, as well as I, that you were going to get a boiler plate response cloaked in the "confidential" veil......although there may be virtue in it. We won't know that until it becomes obvious.

Whatever EDIG's plans were were obviously predicated upon a favorable MH. That didn't happen. Fred implies they were hit hard by the adverse ruling (that's an understatement). I suspect they were counting on an accelerated rate of settlements to finance their new business plan, but circumstances have changed that. Now they have to go to plan B...whatever that is. Actually, the plan might change daily. :>):>) We could get some settlements even with the adverse MH decision, especially if the subsequent legal manuvering shows promise. It wouldn't surprise me.
We may not learn much more from the SHM but, hopefully, it'll be more than we know now.
