I think we will not hear from DM until the last minute , why open your hands early so you can give the other side an added advantage, wait until the last minute and file, in this case either side will submit what they have based on the 06/28 opinion.

this way the judge will reevaluate her opinion based on the summmitted evidence.

I think they call themselves Duane Morris (DM) AKA in my book Digital Masters (DM) and no way they will bail out now since they are not the Departing Masters (DM).

and for the SHM on 09/01 I think they have someting up their sleeve , why would they incur $50k expenses for the SHM if they have nothing.
