I have never been to a SHM where they did not share something unknown until the meeting itself, then a PR goes out within 1 or 2 hours after the meeting ends stating such and commenting on other items presented.

Note...every SHM has been after market close the last few times at 2 PM. They had a few back in the high flying days before market close and webcasted it too.
