According to my contact with Fidelity that I posted recently, the SEC does not require OTCBB nor PINK SHEET stocks to hold annual meetings.

Why would EDIG bother, spend the money etc, just to finalize the proxy vote...all of which can be done online or by mail.....which is required by the SEC to elect the BOD and the independant accounting firm.

Gee...they must have some to share by then...no?
