I believe, many interpreted the sum total of the decision to be biased toward the defendants. Based primarily on the judges saying "My decision mostly conforms to the defendants definition but not exactly" (paraphrased). Hence the selling. The more I read your incites the more I question those initial conclusions many landed on. As for my self, much of how I feel about this investment in the future depends on DM. Their contingency involvement was/is a big deal for me. Lawyers are not philanthropists by nature. Make no mistake they are self-interested in their motives. Their next move is of major interest to me. If I have to wait twenty some days for them to answer the judges instruction, so be it.
