Keep in mind FF announced a 30K increase effective Aug 1st (I think), RP was on board 8.5 months of fiscal 2011 and the accountant (MarDee) was there begining July, 75/hour @ 24 hours/week minimum.

Two sides to every coin, cup either 1/2 empty or 1/2 full.

I'd say Fred did a good job minimizing expenses.
