I do, we have no idea what info was harvested from the effort.
IMO, Summit is but a shell of a company that is run by participants that have very close ties to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flextronics
They worked directly for Flex in the past, then involved in the mopping up of Polaroid, where Flex was involved in the mopping up of Polaroid as well buying the manufacturing division.
Along with that, one of the directors of Summit had interests in a company named World Wide Licenses (WWL) which had two divisions, one being licensing(the Polaroid brand), the other digital manufacturing and design of which he was a director. WWL is a subsidiary of an entity by the name of The Character Group plc of which this person is a director of as well. They manfactured(or Flex did lol) a camera line by the name of Cool-iCam which was sold under the Polaroid name.
The WWL digital division was supposedly a manufacturing concern offering services similar to Flex . This digital division was sold to Flex 2-17-2006. There was a stipulation to the sale...

My point is, they survive and hide through entity shell games where there's not enough time to establish a real concen that Flex seems to be.
