Out of the 19 Colorado defendents I believe six of them will pay us the most based on their size and products and Pentax is one of them.

The other five in my book are:

1- canon. 2- panasonic. 3- kyocera. 4- htc and 5- nokia.

If we can secure just $5M from each and a favorable Markman Hearing we will be ready to go after the rest of the 150 or so infringers.
