I find it interesting none the less that 12 outfits settled, despite the terms,"small fees" to date, before a Markman decision.

Samsung was the last hold out of the TX 7 with a MH scheduled for I think 2-17-10, and did not go there.

3 of the CO 19 bailed, and got off cheap...OK, then TEAC after the hearing in Feb, then Summit, now this leaves 14 hold outs.

I think I have my math right?
