I think that is an excellent point, regardless of whether the TEAC settlement is deemed to be high or low. In two weeks EDIG will have no choice but to file the 10K report, but for now they do. The MH result will change the negotiation dynamics in any case. The lack of a Summit PR might be for the same reason. Why not let the 14 remaining defendants sweat?

BTW, keeping track of the number of days is easy. Tomorrow it will be 20 weeks exactly... times 7 days = 140. So now we can just add from there. Every weekday I wake up and think to myself... it could be today. I’m sure we all do at this point.
