I agree that ongoing settlement negotiations is the most likely reason, however if the amount we got from TEAC was larger than most think wouldn't EDIG want to let that information out? My concern is that the TEAC settlement amount may be underwhelming and they want to wait as long as is possible to disclose it. Hope I am wrong, but that is where the logic leads me. GLTAL
