Speaking as someone who is doing just that... ditto!

I think those who feel that Marsha wants to get it right this time and have her ruling iron clad uncontestable are on the mark. That crossing all the t's and dotting the i's approach is what is dragging this ruling out, from my terribly uneducated point of view. (And if she needs help crossing those t's I'd be glad to drive an hour south to help!)
