I did not say she was going to RULE from the Bench. That would be highly unlikly first because the case is complex, and second because the way they left out the 6 remaining claims.

By telling Mr. Cohn she had read their entire written arguments and she was acquainted with the facts and what the parties wanted, she was in essence saying, I have read everything and know what is what what. Instead of yaping more on what you already have told me, tell me what about these 6 claims that you have failed to present evidence on; how do you want them babies handled?...

And she did try to pin them by her last statement that she understood them to say the two claims tried were dispositive of the case. THEY DID NOT AGREE...

IMO, had they agreed , or as the legal term goes STIPULATED that the RULING on the two claims tried WAS DISPOSITIVE of the remaining 6, we would have had the decision by NOW...
