Meaning, whoever wins them, wins the case.

I should have written if the Defense wins the 2 key claims, the case is probably over. The Defendants would probably make a motion for dismissal and the judge would probably grant it IMO.

However, if EDIG wins the 2 key claims, the case would continue on towards trial. In this event however, I believe all the Defendants would agree to a settlement with EDIG looooong before this case went to trial. And having a favorable Markman ruling would set the stage for infringers simply choosing to pay for a license with EDIG before being sued. Very similar to PTSC after they won their Markman.
